The apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The classic Italian décor and charming furniture made us feel like we were in a true Italian home. It was super clean and fresh-smelling, surpassing even 4-star hotels. The location was jaw-dropping, with amazing restaurants like Boutique della pasta fresca and The Chapeau just minutes away. Giovanni, the host, was incredibly kind and gave us fantastic tips on places to visit and where to eat. The bed was so comfortable, and the AC cooled the room within minutes. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The apartment was conveniently located near a supermarket and only a 12-minute walk to the city center. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, perfect for enjoying the morning sun and chilling at night. The owner took excellent care of us and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. This place was just perfect in every way!

The apartment was comfortable and clean with a traditional vibe. The balcony was perfect for enjoying meals. The bathroom had hot water and good pressure, although the water had a strange smell. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a supermarket nearby. There were two air-conditioners, one of which was sufficient. The location was a bit far from the city center, but within walking distance of many attractions.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Fra Bartolomeo. The owner, Niccolo, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even provided a bottle of wine, cookies, and sparkling water upon our arrival. The apartment itself was lovely and had a comfortable bed and a great view. We especially enjoyed the little balcony off of the kitchen, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and pastries from the nearby bakery. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and bakeries just down the street and a 20-minute walk to the Cathedral. We also appreciated the pack & play that Niccolo provided for our baby. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Fra Bartolomeo to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a wonderful stay at Fra Bartolomeo. Niccolo, the owner, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early to help with our tired baby. He provided a thorough tour of the apartment and gave us helpful information about transportation, local sights, and great nearby restaurants. the apartment itself was clean, beautifully furnished in Tuscan decor, and had everything we needed, including a baby cot. the location was convenient, close to supermarkets, public transport, and bakeries. It was only a short walk to the city center. We also appreciated the bottle of Chianti wine that Niccolo left for us. Cons: Nothing, all was good 🌟.

Had a great Easter getaway! The apartment was clean upon arrival and had a lovely balcony with a view of palm trees. The location was ideal, with a supermarket just around the corner and within walking distance of the city center. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The host was helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in and gave great recommendations for dining.
The walls could use a fresh coat of paint as they were quite dirty, and there was a mosquito issue at night. Although the apartment was cleaned, there was still dust on the furniture.
